One of our international clients wanted to build consistency in the onboarding experience throughout their global network. They came to us looking to redefine two key roles and to build a formal structure for training.
Benchmark engaged key stakeholders at multiple levels from each office to help define responsibilities and core competencies for the junior and senior advisor roles.
We conducted a needs assessment to help determine the optimal learning path. We presented analysis findings and made recommendations for implementation before developing a roadmap for the layered program.
While our primary focus was on the junior advisor role, our curriculum development work provided considerations and suggestions for skill development at the senior level.
In addition to achieving a consistent worldwide onboarding experience, our client estimated that as a result of the new program, time to proficiency was reduced from six months to three months.
